How much does
the course cost?
Each course is a 10 week term and costs £320.
When does the
course term start?
Our classes run roughly in line with the school year; three terms per year beginning in January, April and September. Please get in touch to find out the start date for a specific course.
Is there a waiting list?
If the class is full we create a waiting list – is a space become available we will let you know.
Do I need to
bring anything?
A sketchbook or notebook is useful. Please always tie back long hair and wear shoes that cover your toes.
Do I need to supply my own materials & tools?
We have all of the tools you will need and we supply the silver for your first project – a silver ring. After that students buy the materials for their own projects – we will help you find the suppliers with the best products and prices.
What happens in the classes? Is there a lesson plan?
We will take you step by step through your first project, if you are a complete beginners. After that we encourage our students to create their own designs under the guidance of the tutor.
Is the course suitable for all levels of experience?
Yes, the courses are suitable for beginners and people with experience who wish to develop thier skills further.
Is the course suitable
for under 18s?
We are not currently set up for teaching children, but we hope to in the future.
Do you do any one day or weekend courses?
We do not currently offer one day or weekend courses, but our tutors sometimes offer 1-2-1 tutoring at an hourly rate. Please get in touch for further details.
Can I do more than
one course at a time?
Absoluetly!
What happens if
I miss a class?
It does not matter if you cannot make a class, if you are able to let us know that is useful. Ther will not be any opportunity to make up missed classes as all of our classes are full.
How many students
are in a group?
There are normally 6 students in each class, never more than 10.
